The NSLC seeks outstanding high school students from around the world who demonstrate academic excellence and leadership ability. To be accepted, students must have completed any NSLC program and currently attend 10th, 11th or 12th grade, while maintaining at least a "B" average at the time of enrollment. Please note: Students enrolling in the Advanced Medicine & Health Care Program must have completed the NSLC on Medicine & Health Care.

Step #1: Enrollment Application: You should complete an NSLC Enrollment Application online or call the NSLC office at 1-800-994-NSLC to request an application be mailed to you. A $250 tuition deposit should be included with your application. If you are accepted to the NSLC, this deposit will be applied to your tuition. If your application is not accepted, or if you are placed on a waitlist and not eventually accepted to a program, your $250 tuition deposit will be refunded to you. Please note: Students enrolling in the Alumni Service Week will be required to submit payment in full with the enrollment application.

Step #2: Acceptance and Forms Completion: Upon admission to the NSLC, you will be mailed a NSLC Acceptance Packet, which will include detailed program information and your NSLC username and password for completing your required forms online. Forms should be completed as soon as possible after receipt of the Acceptance Packet. If you lose your username or password, or are unable to access the forms online, please call us at 1-800-994-NSLC. This packet is generally mailed to you within two weeks of your admission.

Step #3: Attend an NSLC Conference: That's it. Once you have completed your forms and your tuition is paid in full, you can look forward to an amazing experience.

Note: The program fees include tuition, housing, all on-site meals, course materials, miscellaneous academic expenses, and program activities. Students will be required to purchase one or two meals on their own during off-site field trips. Tuition also includes counselor supervision.
